I am looking to Motor drives for my CG4 mount. I have read a lot that the EQ3 mount is essentially the same as the CG4. Im wondering if the motors for an EQ3 mount would fit the CG4 mount. Has anyone used them on the CG4 mount before.
They are at least £30 pounds cheaper then the Celestron CG4 motors.
EDIT: Well they came in the post and they fit perfectly. For anyone considering motorizing their CG4, I would use these as the are a lot cheaper than the celestron (I think the only difference is the Celestron Motor's have the name 'Celestron' on them
