Lidl are still stocking some good 10 x 50 binoculars for €21.99 if anyone is interested. I picked up a pair for my upcoming trip to Kenya at the end of the month. I wanted something cheap and cheerful that I wouldn't mind loosing or getting damaged! They turned out to be a lot better than I expected - rubber coated, long eye-relief (enough to use with glasses), clean crisp image and plenty of focus travel (enough to accommodate my -5 / -5 eyesight!) and a nice soft carry case.
