Hey guys,
Anybody ever come across a problem where a Celestron ASGT won't power up? I had it out about 3 weeks ago and it was working fine but took it out on Saturday & couldn't get anything out of it, no led, no handset power or motors. Thought it may be the old problem where the central spike doesn't contact the power plug, but widening this did not help. The same power cable and power tank boots the Astrotrak up fine.
[update] Solved now. Dismantled and took the PCBs out yesterday to see if there was any damage - could not see any. Left in a heated room all day and now the mount powers up again
