Part name? was created by Nerro
Ok,
After browsing the internet for 2 days i think i ned some help in identifying one part.
Its the thing that sits in between the mounting rings and mounting plate.its holding by two screws from inside the rings and then you attache the plate to it to go to the mount.Going to add some pictures later on as i feel i didnt gave the best description.I search different online ites but it seems like all they are selling are mounting rings on their own?and the rings are already shaped to have flat part to attache the plate.A fine example here :
www.optcorp.com/product.aspx?pid=105-303-216-218-13745&kw=&st=0
The bottom of the rings are already shaped to have flat base.....
the reason i am asking because i want to mount the guide scope rings on top of the ota and in my opinion thats the only proper way to do it as the rings already have the holes drilled.
Maybe anyone even have them?
Your help would be much appreciated.

Do you mean the mounting block, like the ones which sits between the dovetail bar and the rings on the 10" newt? If so you should ask patrick woijtila at telescope service in germany. Thats where I got the original scope and the 'tube mounting blocks' were an additional item, if I remember correctly.

Dave.
