I think I met him before at a Whirlpool Star Party or IAA event, nice man, been a while. Thanks for the tip Michael, that's an avenue worth exploring.

Probably of no help at all :laugh: but very interesting, is this short piece about atm in the UK. Wildey is mentioned in it. And there is a good deal about Fullerscopes.

just read that piece ATM in UK....well, someone has issues and time on their hands. I mean I thought us telescope folk were one big happy family, live and let live, forgive and forget. chalk it up to experience, build a bridge etc etc :huh:
Anyway Seanie, can't wait for this telescope to be ready for first light (remember we will have high expectations and will be examining it in minute detail, be warned) :woohoo:

Declan, thanks for the interest, there has been a fair bit of it. I have already begun the refurbishment of it, but it will be a long slog to First Light. However, I am going to document it and bore the hell out of you all with my progress here soon... as if 9,000+ posts of Seanie wasn't enough!
