Seriously though, it does look wierd. Could it caused by a recent impact crater that has filled with blowing sand such that we can only now see the outer rim?

so that is where they hid the ufo from roswell !!! . it's nowhere near area 51. it would also explain why so many mars probes fail. conspiracy theory or what ? .

The details say they're down to millimeter wavelength. Looks to me in that case like its a lost washer. Perhaps from atmospheric entry?
