Shuttle launch was created by Eugene Burke
Was following the launch on NASA TV for nearly two hours, then it took off, waited for a few minutes until solid booster separation an then raced outside, waited and waited, then like an Iridium flare it appeared just north of Ursa Major and headed off to the eastern horizon and disappeared, an amazing and humbling experience.
Looking forward to the "chase" over the weekend.

No way guys! Eugene, you actually saw the launch live, albeit, from about 4,500 miles away! Wow!
