I don't know for sure why it's not showing for you.
Are you set to "Astronomer" level and have the correct boxes ticked under "Calendar"?

Err, of course... The C14 is good - but not that good!
We were watching the NASA feed and after SRB seperation - maybe a minute or so later, two pretty large chunks of dark material went whizzing past the external fuel tank. I thought there would have been some comment about it but I've seen nothing yet.
Whatever happened though, I'm sure the checking procedures will identify if there's a problem. And they have the means to make at least some repairs if necessary.
It was pretty spectacular though and quite surprising.
