software for recording observations

i was just wondering if anyone had seen software that did this?.

There's actually a nice few programs that can handle this.
Two that I can think of at the moment are

Give these a try. Hopefully they'll be of use to you.
The second website actually has some other nice programs that are well worth downloading especially the Messier one.

We are planning to add some form of observation recording system into this web site before the end of the summer. I must have a look at those links to see how that software works.
