Improving Firefox

Very noticable difference with mine...its super fast now!

Most of the above is part of experimental code in firefox, so consider yourself warned if it refuses to display some pages.

Some of its an illusion more than anything nglayout.initialpaint.delay is just a delay that the browser waits before displaying the data (default is 250ms). Setting that to 0 lets you see data immediately, but you still need to load all the data so its probably not any faster. In fact on slow machines it can make things slower.

So just remember the original settings in case things dont work!
