Hi
Interesting article on the starry night bluetooth adapter for remote control of your GOTO scope in S&T magazine. Pity you can't also control other USB devices like cameras via wireless. Anyone come across a wireless/bluetooth USB hub that could allow the use of cameras and remote slewing from the comfort of home?

Might not be practical as you might think John - Bluetooth has a GOOD range of only about 4 meters. Any signal starts to degrade poorly, rapidly, after that.

I think WiFi would be a much more appropriate technology for this kind of remote control than Bluetooth. Bluetooth was designed to be a short-range protocol, WiFi was designed for much bigger ranges. The right tool for the right job etc..
