Cant understand this.
I have all the box's checked and ticked,
TLE's updated,
I even re installed the prog and still no satellites.
Anyone any ideas?

Same problem with Starry Night Pro 5 when I just tried looking for satellites. Seems this is an incompatibility between Starry Night and Quicktime 7.4.x. It's fixed for Starry Night 6x but not for older versions so the solution is to revert to Quicktime version 7.3.1 available from the Apple website.

What happens when other programs you have or intend getting require Quicktime 7.4.x I do not know. If you have to update Quicktime to 7.4.x I guess you kiss goodbye to satellites unless you upgrade your Starry Night program to version 6. and then update to 6.2.3 or above

I have version 5 and I have satellites all over the place, where do have you the tle files located?
Mine are at
C:\Program Files\Starry Night Pro Plus 5\Sky Data\
they must be renamed as .txt
I use quicktime 6.5.2

Ahh Quicktime.
Thats it.
I upgraded the version I was using yesterday.
Best I go back to the older version.
Thanks lads.
