My website seems to have a squatter

What the hell!?
How can I sort this out!?
I've emailed Hosting365 but they dont answer!
They used to have 24/7 support - not anymore as far as i can see.
Any help appreciated!

Looks like a holding page for an expired domain.
Could your domain reg have lapsed?

It should have.
I paid for 2 years (last year) and had it on auto pay for a further 3.

From the whois information for it:

Expiration date: 10 Jul 2008 17:13:10

The DNS is now pointing at at holding page rather than at your hosting. A quick check of the IP address it's pointing to shows that it's nolonger pointing at a register365 server.

BTW, Hosting365 have nothing to do with this. It's Register365 that your domain is registered with. Hosting365 and Register365 used to be the one company but they split a few weeks ago. You should have gotten an email about it.

They do have phone support but not 24 hours, which is in fact not a change. I'd give them a ring now to get it sorted out.
