Hi all, it's summertime again, and you know me, it's my favourite time of year ! I'd like to present to you a lucky shot of a transit of the ISS over our summer night sky taken from the beach. I took this over the June bank holiday weekend under mild and moonless night sky. I think it looks cool
I also have included a shot called 'where rivers meet' The sound of the river trickling along at 2am on a summer night was quite serene - a lovely sight. To be honest, I don't think that flickr does them justice at all, as they are quite small in size.

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.

I'm glad you like them folks ! These were taken at ballydowane cove Co. Waterford on June 1st. I have a full frame canon 6d making a nice widefield view.
The southern coast really works well here, the 'landscape astrophotography' is a thing I am passionate about. My sim is to show how the earth and night sky are always connected. I hope to have many more to come.
Keith..
