Constellation Cassiopeaia widefield was created by Keith g
Hi all, I had a go at imaging Cassiopeia on Wednesday night last, the first time I have been out since the birth of out little baby girl
I had just managed a single 5 minute frame before the low cloud rolled in on my good 'ol trusty Astrotrac, my aim was to get some detail in the dust lanes here, not too successful this time, but I did manage to capture both the Perseus double cluster and the 'heart & soul' nebulae.
Details are here: www.astrobin.com/118889/
I think the jpeg doesn't do it justice, and little light pollution at bottom is a pain, but a redo is definitely on the list
Keith..

Nice shot Keith, pity the weather did not allow you to get more subs.
Many congratulations on the arrival of your daughter, I'm sure she will bring many years of joy to you and your wife.
