Perhap because light travels faster than sound, some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Hi all,
Been a long time since I was here before, a number of years in fact
Been really missing my astronomy fix of late and have started getting back into it, life, family etc having kept me away long enough. I always meant to try my hand at a little astro photography, so lately I dug out the old scope and hooked up my camera to it and popped outside a few nights to shoot a few. I'll re-open my account here with last nights effort. All critique, advice and tips are welcome
Waxing Gibbous Moon, 77.32% illumination.
Taken on a Nikon D7000 with a Bresser Skylux 70mm telescope attached via T-Adapter.
Taken: 17/02/2016 8:18pm
Aperture: F10.
Exposure: 1/160 sec.
Focal Length: 700mm.
ISO: 320

After one look at this planet any visitor from outer space would say; "I WANT TO SEE THE MANAGER".

Excellent Image indeed, clarity of the Moon against the black velvet sky is stunning.
