Astrophotographer setups was created by dmcdona
Folks - as a bit of a research exercise, I'm curious to know what type of equipment setups you are using for astrophotography.
I've nearly finidshed a written article on webcasting but would like to write some more. I'm thinking of a 'how to' kind of series.
Clearly, there's little point in gearing it towards those with 36" RC scopes on Paramount ME's with a Finger Lakes Dream Machine etc etc. You get my drift...
So, as a satrt, here's my setup and if you could find the time to "show me yours" I'd very much appreciate it. In fact, I'll credit you appropriately.
Cheers

Apologies for the lack of detail (eg focal length of MM2) - I've kinda been "between 'scopes" for the last few decades

I might someday get a "proper" CCD camera, but not until the cheap chips become big.
