M106 again. A little better this time.

Hi guys I've put the image into a jpeg. M106 is just over 23 million light years away and is 135000 ly across which makes it larger than our own galaxy.

That's really superb Neil, very well done. And you got NGC 4248 and I think 4258 also. Excellent.

And as Finbarr has pointed out there are some extra galaxies also.
I love those spiral arms of M106.
I've just checked: M106 is located in Canes Venatici.

I am focused on M33 now. I am going to see how many hours I can get before the signal to noise stops detail from happening. Sorry in the pub after work so I am tying as people bump off me!
