Hi Bill,
In the rush to get things done, sometimes a simple thing like that can sabotage you.
Keep on going, next time you'll get it right !

Still, I managed to find an up side to it all. it gave me a chance to practice with ULead photo impact processing on astro photos, for when the good ones come in. Not book material  but a bit of an improvement. It certainly confirms I was right to uninstall Photoshop7 and go back to a processing software I know and am confident with - I just couldn't get my head around Photoshop  . Considering the images were extremmely poor, I now have images that are poor. Making cock-ups is the best way to learn as well, I bet I don't do that again.Hi Bill,

Bill - you've cracked it! These images are pretty much carbon copies of my own with the DSI. The Lunar pic is really nice - good focus and nice contrast.
Now for some deep sky eh? Try M42  like me!
Cheers
