I knocked togehter a rolling shed (the whole shed rolls...) over the summer. It has been the best thing I've done to improve my observing duration - no setup or tear down anymore. That was my number one priority and I was dead right! You'll find it a real boon.
And definitely stick with what you know - unless you win the lotto and then you can buy two AP160's - one for you, one for for me

Dave, you are going to have to take some longer shots to see what you can get.
From the image it looks like the galaxy data is just off the background level, or is that the post processing?

Jed - I hammered the processing to really squeeze out some kind og galaxy detail. Longer exposures are the key. Might try again tonight...
