mak tele-lenses for astrophotography

Michael these look very interesting. The 100/1000 boasts a 45mm fully illuminated field. Now thats interesting.

Looking at the price its hard to argue. Telescope-service are good guys imho.

Which one are you planning on getting Michael? I'd be very interested if you could let us know what you think of it once you get it.

I plan in getting the 4" mak. I hope to use it for the turkey trip and also as an autoguider. This would give me a focal length equal to half that of my lx90, so it should be ok for autoguiding purposes. If I do get it, I will of course post up my comments here.
