Folks - I managed to finally get the grasp of colour image processing with the DSI
So, for your enjoyment, here's a colour image of M13:
Hercules cluster - colour .
Cheers

Martin Mc Kenna
coruscations attending the whole length of the luminosity, giving to the phenomena the aspect of a wrathful messenger, and not that of a tranquil body pursuing a harmless course..comet of 1680

Not bad at all Dave. A bit blurry, but nice to see blue stars in there!

Seanie - I think the 'bluriness' is more to do with noise than anything else... And that leads into Dave G's comment - longer exposures would have been much better though I suspect not too much longer or core burn-out could be a problem.
Not bad for my first real go at colour processing from three individual FITS files... It wasn't as difficult as I thought though so maybe I'll have a go at a few more....
Thanks again for the feedback.
