Saturn 2. try was created by Eirikg
Back from the freezing cold, used 1 hour only photographing saturn
Looking at the images now, some may be slighly better then what i got at first try. But every img that seems focused got loads of cromatic abbrivation. So i also took some "out of focus" images. And they show the blue channel in focus while red and green is not. So ill try combining theese later. Still non of them show verry much details in the rings No matter what color channel i look at
here is a unprosessed img, 2 sec ex. time

Is this with the etx 70 Eirik, what camera are you using?
I also tried last year to saturn with the toucam+etx70, and this is the best I got oout of it.

Sometimes bad seeing can cause the blues reds and greens to come to different focuses. WHat you can try then is to use a filter (yellow is a good one for Saturn) to try to snap them together. Also if you've used the program Registax it has an RGB Shift tag on the last pg that can snap them together also.

Dave yup its the etx-70, and that poor guality camera i got. Ive seen better image made with ext-70 and nextar solor imager. So it is posible to get it better.
But now i think the 4mm eyepiece and my camera is the factors i cant do anything with.
