Hello guy's. This is my first time posting an image on your board, link below. It was taken on Friday 3rd March 2006 from Clonee Co. Meath with a Cannon 350D. There was 24x5min light frames, 13x5min's dark frames and 12 bias calibrated. Celestron Nextstar 11", autoguided with modified webcam and Guidedog. Processed with Image Plus V2.75. LPR used as there are 4 street lights withn 100 meters. I would not have been able to take this image without the help of Dave Grennan. Thank you Dave.

Hi Gary and welcome aboard.
Thats a very good image, there is some really good detail visible there, you're trakcing is slightly out and the focus is a tiny bit soft, maybe its the seeing, still a great image, a really big scale, did you use a barlow ?
The advantage of dark and bias frames is very evident there.

That's a very good image Gary! Good tracking/guiding! Looks like the work you put into the image has paid off.
