73/P Schwassmann Wachmann - Fragment C was created by DaveGrennan
Last night despite wind and having my gear rained on once, I managed to get some half decent data on frag C.

Guiding was done on the comet nucleus itself, otherwise details are under the image.
Comments appreciated as usual.

coruscations attending the whole length of the luminosity, giving to the phenomena the aspect of a wrathful messenger, and not that of a tranquil body pursuing a harmless course..comet of 1680

Superb Dave!
The autoguiding seems to have worked very smoothly on the comet.

Nice one Dave - that's very smooth autoguiding alright.
Any idea how far frag C moved in the 45 minute time period? Also, what mag is frag C?
Cheers and well done!

Excellent image, perfect guiding there.
The comet is showing a very steller looking core.
