Simply magic Keith. You've really captured the slendour of a scene like that!!
What I wanna know is where your getting all these clear skies from. Up in the pale its been lovely sunny days full of promise, followed by cloudy nights for the last week or so. I'm sitting here hoping for a peek at fragment C passing M57 but not a hope 100% cloud

Another grand image Keith, you must have a great photo album of images like these at this stage.
I saw it for the first time this year on Sunday morning (may 7th). I stayed out abit later then I intended, I was looking at M13 through the scope when I thought some haze had appeared over it, I had a quick look at the sky when I saw it was turning blue

Yeah, It's a nice sight alright, I'd love to get a canon 'L' lens which is a top quality lens to see how much better the image could be, any donations???
Just check all the weather charts. metcheck.com is good, also the satellite images from the met office in the uk, and the bbc, they really help on planning a session
Ah, good times are back when you see the summer milkyway rising late in the evening

mmm, It might be? I think I can see it to the right of lyra!Could fragment C be in that image at the very top?
