The Double Cluster C80ED was created by Keith g
Just one more before the clouds flew in - this is the Double Cluster in Perseus, immersed in some twighlight in the north low down, the view through the eyepiece even low down was incredible, here it is at 60 seconds, IS0 400, Canon 300D, unguided, C80ED. The red stars in this view were beautiful..

Yet again a beautiful image. I'll have to modify the pixel plus for long exposures methinks if this is what I'm missing out on.

coruscations attending the whole length of the luminosity, giving to the phenomena the aspect of a wrathful messenger, and not that of a tranquil body pursuing a harmless course..comet of 1680
