Still, it has been a very murky week for night time seeing due to the hot dusty weather. You got the pair there quite nicely Dave, even if a bit blurry. Still got a nice colour palette in there.

That is a brilliant image :shock: , it clearly shows the two storms and a huge amount of detail throughout the disk.
It is better than any ground based image that you will find in any pre 2000 text book! All the more amazing considering the difficult imaging conditions.

yea, tell me about it!.the seeing is really killing any sort of decent imaging.
