I was looking at the moon as well last night John, It was very striking setting in the west, a great end to a beautiful mid summer's night, those 3 are some of my favourites on the moon.

The 8mm Tele Vue Pl is just superb, I saw so much with it and conditions were so bright, looking forward to the dark evenings, well I mean after a wonderful summer of course.

Well done John,
Those are lovely shots, considering how low down the moon is makes your acheivment even better. I think the other lunar/planetary photographers had better watch out.
