Indeed it does. I tested this out last night and it works a dream. I found if you are long way off alignment (like I was, as I had the mount off the pier yesterday) then you see very quickly that the correction needed is more than the visible area of the webcam. Move the mount a field or two in that direction and repeat. After a couple of short iterations you get a correction that is within the visible area of the webcam. Make that correction and you are pretty much done. You can repeat the final iteration if you want to be extremely precise. Do both axes twice for good measure! I was able to adjust so fine that the only dec drift remaining was a few fractions of an arcsecond, caused by the periodic error in the RA gear actually moving the scope up and down. I'll be buying this so I can check the alignment during the full moon periods when there isnt much else to be done!
