Here are the best pictures I've managed to take so far.
The pics were taken using my 10"Dob with a barlowed 12.5mm ep. The camera is an elderly Panasonic Digital Video camera, optical zoom used 9x, method Afocal.
I used Registax to stack and adjust wavelets. All other processing is done with Irfanview.

Grand images Jeanette, best I've seen from an afocal setup.
Make the most of the high altitude of the planet while you can.
Just a little constructive feedback,
They look a little dim on my monitor, it might be worth increasing their brightness.
How many frames did you capture?

I don't think she has much to worry about, down in Oz they're having a better show of it than us, and for a lot longer too I think!

In the compilation set, the number of frames range from only 80 up to about 330.
The camera only captures avi's at 320x240 so the resolution is never going to be any good.
