Well, I have a Canon EOS 10D DSLR (CMOS not CCD based camera) and I am really happy with it – as well day2day photography and astronomy. Now I think this my not be as handy for planetary as a webcam is since it’s a still camera but it make a lot of difference for DSO. I’ve uploaded my last imaging on m42 in the files section -

– is not as good as I wanted but once I will get another chance I will go for better.
I think 10D is worth the money.
