I was browsing the web and came across this

HE has animated gifs of ISS transits oacross the moon and sun, check out

The following is a 2.7MB animation, the ISS is so clear and sharp!!

Note its size compared to tycho, its a bit bigger then I had imagined.

Dave,

This is a stunning image. As for the size of the ISS, it constantly fluctuates and is a function of how far away (or close) is the ISS during a transit. For this particular example and at 260 miles, it was very close and, hence, for the large apparent size.
