Has anyone had any results with photographing meteor showers?
Why not post a few in this thread so we can have a look...

I have tried myself numerous times over the years, but with little or no success. I have been using a Cosina 4000S 35mm SLR camera. Usually, I have gone for ISO800 and 1600 film, because of their sensitivities. As yet, I have not had a distinct meteor catch with my exposures. It can be down to the luck of the draw I think Frank. While taking exposures, there have been meteors zipping across the field of view, they were not bright enough (most of them) to be really captured. Of the ones I have caught, they are not worth scanning/posting here.

Cheers Seanie.

It does look tough but I guess that's the allure of the persuit eh?
Now, I'm getting ready to sit out the back and check out the Orionids. ,
with peepers only
