Like John got cold turkey so had to do some images.
CG11 f/10 Skynyx2-0. Seeing prevented any higher resolution.

Anthony, I just picked the area because it looked nice and I was afraid I'd forget where abouts my observatory was if I didnt get out and image something!! I was quite surprised with the detail considering the conditions.

Really nice Dave - sharp and full of life, almost like being there.
Total cost of the equipment I used is about €450. Just confirms the old adage "You get what you pay for", especially in astrophotography. It was quite windy so I lost about 80% of my frames due to vibration (bit of an understatement), add to that not so precise tracking, and less than perfect optics, and a webcam that costs less than €80.
