Yes decent LPR filters are VERY pricey. Certainly both the CLS and the IDAS filters are both the bees knees, but dont forget that these mean you need longer exposures to get the same image. They are very good but they are not magic. Unfortunately there really is no substitute for a dark sky, but filters like these come a very close second.
