If the skies are clear this evening, I will pursue Berkeley 17 (also in Auriga) ... depending on the source, this is the oldest or the second oldest open cluster in the galaxy at 10.06 billion years of age.
Did you tackle this one yet Anto?

Beginning this evening, we are into a stretch of good weather which is scheduled to last a number of days. The only issue for tonight is a slight wind. Either way I will set the equipment up. Predictions for tomorrow evening include high humidity which means also good seeing.
Anyway, I should have something this evening or tomorrow evening. With nine hours of darkness each evening, I would also like to tackle M81, M101, M51 and M63 during this stretch.
Just a little patience ....
