Is it what you expected ?? have you seen other images with such features and glowing areas in them ?

Thats a very interesting question. I honestly dont know what to expect. I process the main features and then gaussian blur so that I'm not mistaking noise for detail. The only way to be sure is to compare with someone elses images. I suppose that since my processing methods have proved themselves (ie they got the same detail as someone else) I can be fairly sure that as long as I dont change what I'm doing the details should be true........hope this explains.

I have to say that is one amazing image. I never thought it would be possible to get that level of detail on Venus.
This is as good as any amateur image I've seen.
