After posting the image of M3 Dave Lillis said

M53 would be alot tougher.


I thought I would give it a shot tonight and after a lot of setting up (ie getting robofocus stuck back on the scope) this is the result. I had no time for RGB,dark or flat images since I've to take the kids to the beach tomorrow.

So you decided to take on the challenge :)
Despite its size, I think this is a fine cluster and one that gives more detail to more you look at it.
A great image, well resolved right into the core, the exposure looks bang on.
What did you make of it visually, or did you look at it at all. ??
