The Moon & Jupiter was created by Frank Ryan
Last Saturday night I was coming home after a BBQ and spotted The Moon
and Jupiter skimming the horizon. It's great to see Jupiter once again
(although the altitude is very poor)
I didn't want to wait for them to swing around to the south
(facing out my back garden and away from an annoying row of street lights)
so I said I'd shoot them through the light pollution, fog and passing cars.
Shur, if you can't beat 'em....
you know the rest.
Now I know some of ye think I go a bit mad with the foreground stuff
but y'know what?
I think it alway makes for a more interesting shot.
(not that the ditch out the front of my house is anything special like.)
Anyway, here it is..

I agree with you frank. It puts the whole shot into perspective. Great shot. Well done!

That's beautiful Frank. Yes I think the lights give a great effect but what I think is amazing is how you've captured the "large Moon low down" effect. It's as you would see it visually well done.....

Nice image Frank. Close to what the eye would see.
