Now that saturn is going it's time for some deep sky stuff was created by carlobeirnes
Hi all,

With Saturn disappearing my options are getting limited for planetary work, Jupiter will only get 14 deg above the horizon not worth much attention,But mars is coming back I'm looking forward to that and it's nice and high but not as close as it was in 2005, So it looks like i will have to get back into the deep sky stuff once again for the time being. it's been a year since i did anything outside our solar system so here is an image from last June of m 13

Just wetting my appetite.

Looking very deep into the core there Carl, very nice.! Exposure is perfect, good enough to see alot but not too much to wash it out.
Looks like M13 season is in full swing :lol:
