Venus LRGB 4th june

Hi All,

Here is my first image of Venus the seeing was quite bad Venus was shimmering all over the place.


Venus 4th June 07 New Haven Observatory, Balbriggan. Celestron CGE 14" @ f/22. Lumenera SkyYnx 2.0. Astronomik filters L- 1000 frames rgb 500 frames each at 15 fps Processing Registax v4 photoshop.

That is an excellent image. I would raise the brightness just a tad but that would be it.

I also have to sit down and start doing some work during this opposition.

Venus was shimmering all over the place

I tried a couple of days ago as well. It's like trying to focus through a flowing river
