Dichotomy of Venus was created by daveg
Hi Folks
Here's my observation of Venus Dichotomy for this apparition. Dichotomy (50% phase) was due on June 8th but from my images it shows that it was closer to the 6th. Weather made it impossible to image every day but June 6 th seems to be the closest.....
what do you think............

Could the difference be between U.S. and GMT time Dave? You know, when we sometimes see an astronomical event listed, especially from an American source (like meteor shower peaks etc), we here in Ireland forget to add at least 5 hours! That 5 hours can mean the difference on 1 day...

I dont think so Seanie. Venus 50% phase was due at 20070608 at 15h00.
