Open cluster M103 in Cassiopeia, was created by carlobeirnes
Hi All
Here is an image of M103 this is my first time guiding so I picked Something nice and easy to start with. I picked Cassiopeia to point the Telescope at knowing I would not have to worry about the equatorial flip. There is so much to think about when guiding. It is alot more work than doing planetary imaging know one said it was going to be easy.
Image taken on the 9th September 2007 New Haven Observatory Balbriggan.Through a Celestron 80ED piggybacked on a CGE14" Telescope. Guiding was done with PHD Guiding, ATIK 16HR CCD Camera RED 30x2min GREEN 30x2min, BLUE30x2min Exposures, Darks 5x2min No Flats 1x1 Binning.Processed in ImagesPlus V2.8 And PhotoShop CS2.
