NGC 1435 - Merope (Reflection Nebula) in Taurus was created by ayiomamitis
Dear friends (and Carl),
The Pleiades open star cluster is slowing coming really good view yet again. I pursued the swarm of nebulosity around Merope and which has its own NGC number (NGC 1435).
The result based on four hours total exposure is available at www.perseus.gr/Astro-DSO-NGC-1435.htm ... I would like to pursue it again sometime next month but with six hours total exposure and a slightly smaller field of view (no reducer next time).

Anto,
I've been having a a chat with the guys here and we've all come to a decision, Basically your out! More than that we've had further discussions with various manufacturers (SBIG, Astro Physics etc) and they will be calling to your house to take all that gear back. (via Ireland of course). On behalf of the international astronomical community we would like to thank you for your 'contributions'.
This decision was taken due to the fact that your results make the rest of our imagery look like the work of a group of 6 year olds with pots of paint and a penchant for making a mess.
May I take this opportunity to wish you every success with your new hobby (knitting).
Yours Sincerely,
The lads.
