Webcam Moon 30th Sep 07+ 1 Canon 300d was created by James Astro Chatter
12.6 Gig later,
For the first time in what seems an age I finally had chance to get some close up images of the Moon with the Toucam Webcam.
Seeing was rather strange as the skies were really Steady compared to recent months but transparency was pretty lame a high cloud mist was also visible.
Each Stack is an average stack of 700 frames, the closer up images were imaged at F/20 whilst the lesser were F/10.
All imaged with my recently acquired old Orange tube C8.
No filters were used.
The Terminator shot is at F/10 with 18 images stitched together in Photoshop whilst the full Moon images was done with a Canon 300D and 6.5 focal reducer (Prime Focus)
Hope you enjoy the images folks and for the full resolution images please click on the links.

Ps:Had fun turning off the motors and letting the Moon pass the FOV of the webcam not done that in a while and it's just like being in the Apollo module .
