M76 The Little Dumbell was created by phoenix
At mag 11 and very small its probably at the limit of my set up for any decent detail. It would have helped if I was checking the colour subframes as they came in since I had a loose camera cable which added a hell of a lot of noise to the colour data. LRGB 60:50:50:50 with 10" and H16

Thats a lovely image Kieran. M76 has always been one I've been afraid to try considering it's small size, but you've really done it justice.

Well done.

Yeah sorry I didn't get to whirlpool, just a whole pile of stuff conspired against me at home. I'll definitely be at Galway and look forward to catching you at one of them in the not too distant future.

A grand image Kieran. I had a look at this nebula a few weeks back and it really lives up its name visually.

More than enough Carl but I am going to run through the Messier List as it comes up high enough on the eastern horizon. A good F15 Mak would sort this one out.
