Thanks everyone for the kind words! The sky is really good right now and the same should be the case for this evening and I will be using the opportunity to pursue the stunning galaxy M33 (Pinwheel) in Triangulum.

John, thanks for the reference to the book by Kwok. I would be lying to you if I were to say that planetaries do not have a special appeal of their own. In fact, this evening I was planning to pursue Sh2-188 which is a very impressive crescent-shaped planetary (similar to Abell 21) but I will deviate slightly just for this evening and pursue M33 in Triangulum.

I have a list of planetaries to pursue over the next few weeks and which includes at least ten Abells PNe's. Just a little patience and there will be more of these little celestial gems available for "consumption".

Great image Anthony.
Where do you find the time to catch up on sleep? :)

Thanks John ... as for zzzzzz's, during full moon.

My problem right now is that a new DMK camera has arrived and specifically for the imaging of the solar system and which will impact my zzzzzzz's ... I must find a solution.

That is a problem a full moon will not prevent. Still, the rest of us will be rewarded with your great planetary images!
Best of luck with the DMK :)

Well, don't laugh too hard ... I am out of action for at least a week thanks to the weather and the incessant clouds and rains being predicted. Ouch!

Grennan, I am going to send Osama after you! Better yet, I will send him after your astro equipment!
