Moon last night was created by paulevans
I suppose when the Moon dominates the whole sky to the point of obliterating everything else then one can spend one's time looking at the Moon! Here she is seen through my 10" Dobsonian, a mosaic of three shots taken through a 2x teleconverter giving a focal length of 2400mm, equivalent to 3600mm on a 35mm camera, f10.

Thats a grand sharp image Paul, I had a look out the window last night at it but I just couldn't bring myself out to look at it.
If its clear tonight, I'll be giving it a look see.

Great shot Paul.
I had my first go last night at attaching the 300D to the skylux 70mm refractor. I only spent a few minutes at it, but i found it surprisingly hard to achieve a sharp focus. i will try the dob next as i have a better focuser and focus lock so it should help a bit

Really cool image Paul, and as Dave said, nice and sharp. Though, maybe too sharp around the edge? Looks like I might cut my thumb off it if I stroke the screen!
