Hi all,

It's been a while since I've been out with the scope anyway here is some lunar Images from tonight. You all know the set up by now .The first Image is of Plato. The second image is of
clavius.

Really nice work Carl. I'm tempted to get one of those cameras myself sometime! I spent a while this evening with the apo and binoviewers looking at the Moon. Detail was fantactic and you captured it well.

I thnk I asked you this before but I've forgotten the answer...why did you use a red filter if you don't mind me asking?

Nice work Carl. :) Great detail in those shots.
I think we will see a lot of great images on the boards over the xmas holiday. Anyone seen a long range wether forecast?
